Product Description

 

1. There are extremely strict safety standards in the production field of flexible lifting belt and strainer. The tensile strength of the bar-tacking of the end connector should be stronger than that of the synthetic fiber lifting belt itself.

2. HL-273 series electronic pattern sewing machine is the professional sewing equipment developed based on this safety standard. Considering the increasing labor cost, this machine takes "one worker multiple machine" mode (it means one worker can operate two sets of equipment at the same time), thus reducing 1/2 human labor.

3. It uses the imported large semi-rotary shuttle hook. With high capacity bobbin thread, the sewing efficiency can be ensured when using the very thick high strength polyester sewing thread. It uses the stepping close-loop computer control system, which allows free programming, so you can design, download and store new patterns according to customer requirement, thus greatly saving human labor.

4. With super strong motor torque and needle penetrating power, it can be used to sew super thick and super hard multilayer material (such as 2 to 4 layers of 3.5MM synthetic fiber lifting belt and 25MM mountaineering rope ). The pneumatic lubrication system can reduce the maintenance time and extend the service life of the machine.
